Thanks for your response. Diversity doesn’t mean much without inclusion. Do you think it would be fair to say that many of Trump’s most characteristic views are negative towards minorities? If yes, would it also be fair to say that if you support Trump, you must also hold those views since they are so defining of his character? If yes, then wouldn’t it be fair to say that you then aren’t in favor of the minorities you work with? And if you answer yes to that, why work with those people? If you don’t answer yes to the first question, then we must be discussing two different Trumps.

In the end, it’s all about the company you keep. In order to build truly great companies, there needs to be a baseline of respect for those who make up your company as people. I for one can’t work with someone who thinks people who look like me are lazy or belong in jail or think it’s okay that people who look like me account for more than half of the US jail/prison population.
