Now, this is all wonderful, really, but I do wonder if Memphis has a vision of going beyond making real meat and instead making meat that sacrifices being exactly the same as the real one in order to be healthier. Meat isn’t exactly good for us, so I’d love to see companies like Memphis shoot for making healthier alternatives. Great start.
